Depending on where you are in your business journey, you can also use services to provide you with monthly management reporting to help you understand how your business is doing.
We can also support you by setting up financial controls and policies in different areas. Getting financial control of your business starts with setting your payment terms to your customers and deciding how you want a regular payment run to operate and who needs to be involved in the approval process. Once you have these set, you can look at the payments in further detail and decide you want to approve purchases before they are made by setting up a purchase order approval system, which we can help manage.
Getting started with us
At the beginning, we will start with weekly check-in sessions while we get to know each other and update the accounts.
Some of these sessions may include training for you to understand our systems and how you can get the information we need with the smallest amount of fuss.
Other sessions will allow you to ask any questions you have. Depending on each business's unique requirements, we carefully plan these sessions so you can get the most out of them.
When we have the accounts up-to-date, we can have a final meeting to see how your business is doing and help you plan your business goals.
