Our Management Accounts service is specifically designed for businesses who want to take their business to the next level.
We run monthly reports bespoke to your goals so that we can track KPI’s and ensure you’re on the right path.
We will get together with you each month via Zoom to give you updates on your progression and put actionable steps in place to allow you to scale with security.
Getting started with us
At the beginning, we will start with weekly check-in sessions while we get to know each other and update the accounts.
Some of these sessions may include training for you to understand our systems and how you can get the information we need with the smallest amount of fuss.
Other sessions will allow you to ask any questions you have. Depending on each business's unique requirements, we carefully plan these sessions so you can get the most out of them.
When we have the accounts up-to-date, we can have a final meeting to see how your business is doing and help you plan your business goals.
