How can we help?

How do we work?

The first thing that happens when you get in touch with us will be the chance to arrange a 15 minute chat over the telephone, so we can get to know each other better. You can tell me what you want help with. We will then set a time to do a Teams Call online so we can work out together exactly what you want help with and we will take you through our proposal, line by line.

How do we charge?

We have set up our proposals so you can see exactly what you are paying for, service by service. We will work out the number of invoices and transactions that are likely to be processed every month, we will decide if you want management accounts and how these will be presented to you. We will talk about whether you want us to complete your self-assessment or you need help to submit your year end accounts and corporation tax returns to HMRC.

At the end of the proposal, the software will calculate the total monthly fee.

We review our monthly fees every quarter and will arrange to have a chat with you to find out if there is anything else we can do to help your business.

What software do we use?

We use Xero as our accountancy package. We use Dext to collect the paperwork. We have our own document portal for you to check and approve any documents that we submit on your behalf. We use Microsoft 365 behind the scenes.

The software you are most likely to see are:

Accountancy and bookkeeping: Xero
